Room felt large and newly renovated, especially the comfy bed. Nice touch with complimentary drinks and biscuits that made the stay a bit sweeter.
The trek to the room after check-in can feel like a mini expedition, especially when you're tired. A fire alarm caused some confusion and a bit of an unwelcome interruption, but it eventually cleared up. Noticed a lack of any sort of ventilation in one of the themed rooms I checked out—noisy Dyson fan just couldn't cut it, and hidden tea and coffee facilities under the TV were inconvenient. The bathroom shower pressure left something to be desired. it felt like a weak trickle rather than a refreshing blast. All things considered, nice hotel, but a few tweaks to the details could elevate it significantly.

Not so grand stay
Checked in for a few nights. The room was a bit tired and felt like a throwback to the 90s. The breakfast was pretty disappointing. I mean, how hard is it to cook bacon right? Honestly kept me from trying dinner at the hotel. On the plus side, the bed was comfy, which was nice. Sad to say, would not return.

Exceptional location and attentive service
I had a delightful stay at a hotel right across from St Alphege Church, fantastic for our wedding festivities. The staff were incredibly attentive, especially during our celebratory meals, which added a special touch to our experience. Although the room could use some updates, the beautiful garden view made for a serene atmosphere. I wish the check-in process had been smoother, as we experienced some minor delays.

During my recent business trip, I found the Ramada to be a surprisingly pleasant stay. The room was modern, clean, and well-equipped, featuring a comfortable bed, tea-making facilities, and free water. The en suite bathroom was very clean and contemporary. The hotel's close proximity to Solihull town centre, along with free parking and Wi-Fi, made it convenient for my work needs.
Common areas could use some updating.

The hotel has a nice location near the town center. My room, an Executive Double, was spacious and had a peaceful garden view. It felt modern and clean, with a comfortable bed, decent tea and coffee facilities, and responsive housekeeping. Free Wi-Fi and parking made my stay even better. the restaurant had limited menu options, and the air conditioning in my room didn’t work well, making it uncomfortable at times. The bar selection was quite disappointing with outdated options. Staff responsiveness varied. some were attentive, but others seemed overwhelmed at peak times. It's a decent place, but they really need to improve the dining and bar experience.
